Terms and Conditions

1. Purpose

These General Terms and Conditions govern the booking of tourist accommodation services offered through the website sandra­­rooms.com by Hosuraco, S.L., Tax ID B03966843, with registered address at Avenida Albufereta 96, 03016 Alicante, and tourism registration number HA1566 (hereinafter, the “Accommodation”). Submitting a reservation through the Website implies full and unconditional acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions, which are deemed incorporated into the accommodation contract.

 

2. Capacity to Contract

The User declares that they are at least 18 years old and possess the legal capacity required to contract the services offered. The User is responsible for the accuracy of the information provided during the booking process.

3. Booking Process

  • Selection of dates and type of accommodation: The User must select the check-in and check-out dates, the number of guests, and the type of accommodation unit, where applicable.
  • Personal data: The User shall provide the requested personal information (name, surname, identification document, email, phone number, etc.) necessary to manage the reservation and billing.
  • Booking confirmation: Before completing the reservation, the User will be shown a summary with the essential details: dates, number of guests, included services, total price, applicable taxes, and cancellation policy.

 

The contract is considered perfected when the User confirms the reservation and completes the payment or provides the required payment method (e.g., a credit card as guarantee), receiving a confirmation email at the address provided.

 

4. Price, Taxes & Feed

Service prices are shown in euros (€) and include applicable VAT and, where relevant, any fees or other taxes. Any breakdown of taxes and, where applicable, tourist fees will be displayed before the final booking confirmation. The Accommodation reserves the right to modify prices at any time. However, the rates in effect at the time the User completes the reservation shall apply.

5. Payment Methods

Available payment methods will be indicated during the booking process and may include, by way of example:

 

  • Credit/debit card payment

  • Bank transfer

 

For card payments, the User declares that they are the card holder or authorised to use it. Pre-authorisations may be applied to the card provided as a guarantee of the reservation and/or to cover possible charges for cancellations, no-shows, or damages.

 

6. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with Article 103.l) of the Consolidated Text of the General Law for the Defence of Consumers and Users, the right of withdrawal does not apply to service contracts for accommodation for purposes other than permanent housing, when the contract provides for a specific date or period of performance. Therefore, once the reservation is confirmed, the User does not have a legal right of withdrawal, without prejudice to the provisions of the cancellation policy and any specific conditions of the selected rate.

 

7. Modification of Reservaciones

Any change in dates, number of guests, or contracted services is subject to availability and to the conditions of the applicable rate.
Modification requests must be submitted via sandra.rooms.alc@gmail.com or through the channel enabled on the Website, within the minimum notice period indicated in the cancellation policy. The Accommodation will inform the User of any price differences or costs arising from the modification.

8. No-Show

A “no-show” occurs when the User does not arrive at the accommodation on the scheduled arrival date and has not cancelled within the time frames indicated in the cancellation policy.vIn such cases, the charges specified in the Cancellation Policy and/or the conditions of the selected rate will apply.

9. User Obligations

The User agrees to:

 

  • Provide truthful, accurate and complete information during the booking process.

  • Pay the amounts corresponding to the contracted services.

  • Respect the accommodation’s rules of use and conduct, as set out in the service policy and house rules.

  • Be liable for any damages caused to the facilities by themselves or by the persons staying under their reservation, under the terms established in those rules.

 

10. Overbooking and Force majeure

If it becomes impossible to provide the accommodation service under the contracted conditions due to overbooking attributable to the Accommodation or for reasons not attributable to the User, the Accommodation will offer, whenever possible:

 

  • Alternative accommodation of equal or superior category in the same area, at no additional cost to the User, or

  • A full refund of the amounts paid, without prejudice to any other legal liability that may apply.

 

In cases of force majeure (unforeseeable or unavoidable events such as natural disasters, pandemics, unforeseen legal restrictions, etc.), the Accommodation may cancel or modify the reservation, informing the User as far in advance as possible and offering reasonable alternatives when appropriate.

 

11. Languages

These General Terms and Conditions may be available in several languages. In case of discrepancies between different versions, the Spanish version shall prevail.

 

12. Invoicing

The User is entitled to receive an invoice for the contracted services. The invoice will be issued in the name of the person listed as the reservation holder, unless otherwise indicated. To do so, the User must provide the necessary billing details (full name or business name, tax ID, fiscal address, etc.).

 

13. Data Protection

The processing of personal data collected during the booking process is governed by the Website’s Privacy Policy.

 

14. Aplicable Law & Jurisdicción

These General Terms and Conditions are governed by Spanish law. Without prejudice to the rights granted to consumers and users, any dispute arising from the contracting of services shall be submitted to the competent courts and tribunals of Alicante, or to the jurisdiction corresponding to the User’s place of residence when required by applicable regulations.
