Service Policy

1. Purpose and Scope of Application

This service policy sets out the rules of use, coexistence, and safety applicable to all guests. The purpose of these rules is to ensure respectful coexistence, proper preservation of the facilities, and compliance with the tourism regulations in force in the Valencian Community.

 

2. Check-in and Check-out

  • Check-in time: From 14:00

  • Check-out time: Until 12:00

 

Arrivals outside the established hours must be communicated and confirmed in advance. Unjustified failure to comply with the check-out time may result in additional charges if it interferes with cleaning or the arrival of new guests. Valid identification documents for all adult guests will be required in order to comply with mandatory traveller registration requirements.

 

3. Maximum Occupancy

Exceeding the authorised capacity is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply may result in termination of the contract and eviction without refund of amounts paid, in addition to any administrative liabilities that may arise.

 

4. Proper Use of the Accommodation

The accommodation must be used exclusively as temporary tourist lodging, for residential and rest purposes. The following are prohibited:

 

  • Parties, events, or any activities that may disturb the community.

  • Any use that violates applicable regulations, morals, or public order.

 

The User agrees to keep the accommodation in good condition and to use the furniture, appliances, and household items responsibly. Any damage or malfunction must be reported immediately via WhatsApp.

 

5. Noise and Community Coexistence

Quiet hours must be respected, avoiding disturbing noise between 00:00h and 08:00h. The use of loud music and any behaviour that disrupts coexistence (shouting, parties, etc.) is prohibited. Failure to comply may result in early termination of the stay without the right to a refund.

 

6. Pets

Pets are not allowed in the accommodation, except for guide dogs or assistance animals, in accordance with applicable regulations. In such cases, prior notice must be given to the Accommodation.

 

7. No Smoking

Smoking is not permitted inside the accommodation. It is only allowed in outdoor areas, using ashtrays and ensuring that cigarette butts are disposed of properly.

 

8. Cleaning, Waste and Responsible Consumption

The User agrees to:

 

  • Dispose of rubbish in the designated public containers, following recycling guidelines.

  • Maintain the accommodation in reasonable conditions of order and cleanliness.

  • Use water, electricity, and other utilities responsibly.

 

Cleaning services included in the stay will be those indicated during the booking process. Additional cleaning services may be requested at an extra cost.

 

9. Safety and Keys

The User is responsible for ensuring that doors and windows are properly closed when leaving the accommodation and for safeguarding keys or access devices. In the event of loss of keys or access cards, the cost of replacement—and, if necessary, lock change—may be charged: €60.

 

10. Damages

The Accommodation may require a security deposit of €100, either pre-authorised on the card or provided in cash, intended to cover:

 

  • Material damage to the accommodation or its equipment.

  • Loss of keys.

  • Extraordinary cleaning resulting from improper use.

 

If no damage is detected, the deposit will be released or returned within approximately 1 day after check-out. If damages exceed the deposit amount, the User shall be liable for the full cost, without prejudice to any legal actions that may apply.

 

11. Complaint Forms

Guests are informed that the establishment has official complaint forms available, in accordance with consumer regulations of the Valencian Community.

 

12. Non-compliance with the Rules

Serious or repeated non-compliance with this service policy may result in early termination of the accommodation contract, eviction of occupants, and loss of any amounts paid, without prejudice to claims for any damages incurred.
